When you contact CapeClear we receive the details you choose to send us: your name, your mobile or WhatsApp number, your Cape Town suburb, a description of the garden refuse and any photographs you attach. We collect nothing else.
We use your details only to prepare your quote, confirm the price with you and arrange the collection. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Photographs are used to assess the amount and type of garden refuse. We will not publish photographs of your property or job on this website or elsewhere without asking you first.
Quote requests and collection details are kept for as long as needed to complete your collection and keep a record of the work. You may ask us to remove your details at any time.
