Before we arrive
Please have the garden refuse gathered in the place shown in your photographs, with reasonable access for a bakkie. Let us know in advance if access is through a complex, a narrow passage or a locked gate.
Collection Terms
These collection terms describe what happens on the day CapeClear collects your garden refuse.
On site
We assess the refuse against the photographs you sent. If the amount is larger than quoted, or if additional loads are needed, we discuss the revised price with you before loading continues.
What we will not load
Building rubble, bricks, concrete, construction debris, hazardous materials and large quantities of soil are not part of this service and will be left behind. Send a photograph beforehand if you are unsure about anything in the pile.
Leaving the site tidy
We load the agreed garden refuse and tidy the immediate collection spot. Garden maintenance, pruning, cutting and other garden work do not form part of the collection.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to move or cancel a collection, message us on WhatsApp on 071 336 1358 as early as you can and we will rearrange a suitable time.
